US Universal Safety
US_1 Incase of slightest Fever, Cold, Cough, Bodyache no work to be done and to be under strict observation as per the Government directives
US_2 Everyone to maintain if possible 5 meters distance from each other, in no case to come closer than 2 meters
US_3 Everyone with public movement to wear a mask
US_4 Everyone handling any physical material to wear disposable gloves
US_5 Everyone handling any physical material to wash hands before and after handling the material as per the standard hand wash videos
US_6 Every work place to be suitabtly sanitised
PR Procurement
To always follow all Universal Safety Instructions
PR_1 Identification of Suppliers
PR_2 Placing the Order
PR_3 Transferring the Payment
PR_4 Invoice from Supplier
PR_5 Confirmation to Transporter
PR_6 Loading by ideally a single person who does not come 1 meter close to anyone, not even the driver
PR_7 If multiple people loading then they dont come 1 meter close to the other loaded while picking up, walking or loading or unloading
PR_8 No signing of any challan all confirmations of quanitity purchased and dispatched only over whatspp number which has been designated for this purpose
PR_9 No labour to come with the truck, only the driver and no helper with him
PR_10 During the transportation, if any police man stops, simply organise a video call with the designated Police Coordinator
PR_11 Delivery vehicle to have the Banner of Karuana 2020 as per the required design which will be issued by the Central Coordination Team
PR_12 Driver to inform the Godown Coordinator when he has started and expected time of arrival and route of travel
PR_14 Godown coordinator to keep the Godown Gate open so that the vehicle can straight away go in and stop at the designated spot in the right direction
PR_15 Designated labour, ideally one person to unload and not come 1 meter close to the driver
PR_16 Material to be unloaded and stocked at the demarcated spaces as per the Godown Storage Plan issued by the Central Coordination Team
PR_17 Once the material is unloaded and stocked, it should be left for 48 hours without touching
ST Storage in Designated Godowns
To always follow all Universal Safety Instructions
ST_1 Indicative Godown dimensions to be shared with the Central Planning Team along with 5 phographs of each room, hall etc. Four from the Center for each of the sides and one from Eastern Side wall showing capturing the center and the opposite western side
ST_2 Central Planning Team to share the Godown Storage Lay Out with the Godown Coordinator over Whatsapp along with the total capacity calculation.
ST_3 Godown Storage Coordinator to make the layout clearly with Chalk Powder
ST_4 If required, directly offload and transfer the material to any other vehicle in the Godown if it has to be resent to some other location
ST_5 Material to be stored in such a way so that it is safe from Water, Rats etc. as far as possible
B. Packaging of Dry Ration Packets
PK_1 To always follow all Universal Safety Instructions
PK_2 Identify the people who will pack the Packets, these could be volunteers or paid workers. If paid workers, clearly communicate the wages. Ensure that they have no systems of Covid19 or slightest cold, cough, fever etc.
PK_3 Instructions to be given for packaging to the Packers from atleast 5 meter distance. In any case the distance should not be less than 2 meters.
PK_4 No packer to sit or stand less than 5 meters from each other, in any case never come closer than 2 meters.
PK_5 Packets to be made as per Karuna2020 Standard Pack Size 1 with 10 Kg Rice, 2 Kg Dal, 1 Kg Salt, 1 L Oil and 4 Soaps. Try that the Dals is different if possible.
PK_6 Storage of packs to be done in a way that the Oil does not spill
PK_7 Ready packets to be stocked in a way that the ones which are stocked first move out first of the Godown
C. Distribution
To always follow all Universal Safety Instructions
DI_1 Dry Ration Packets to be sent on designated vehicles with all Government Permissions and if possible a Police Escort for distribution
DI_2 The loading of the designated vehicle as per the sanctioned quantities to be loaded following the Universal Safety SOPs and Loading SOPs
DI_3 Case 1: Material to be directly distributed by the Vehicle
DI_4 Ideally the Vehicle to go with only one driver, if require one helper may accompany who will sit behind with the material and not with the driver
DI_5 Beneficiary to come and take the material from the vehicle by picking up only one bag and not touching any other bag
DI_6 Driver to take photograph of each beneficiary along with their Aadhar Card Whatsapp and their mobile number and just forward them to the Colony Distribution Volunteer
DI_7 Case 1: Material to be left by the Vehicle to the Community Distributor
DI_8 Vehicle to leave the material with the pre designated Community Distributor strictly following the Universal Safety guidelines.
DI_9 Either the Driver or Helper or the Community Distributor to unload the packets and in no case two of them together.
DI_10 Community Distributor to either leave the packets outside the Identified Beneficiaries or designate a place where they would be kept in a line and Identified Beneficiaries (IB) will come and take them
DI_11 Universal Safety norms to be followed, no IB to come 5 meter close to each, in no case 2 meters
DI_12 Community Distributor to take photograph of each beneficiary along with their Aadhar Card Whatsapp and their mobile number and just forward them to the Colony Distribution Volunteer
D. Communication
